We utilize our relationships with banks, financial institutions, insurance companies, private equity groups, hedge funds, utilities and hedge counter-parties and private investors to facilitate a transaction and will assume full responsibility for that transaction so the client’s management can continue to focus on their business.

We provide financial advisory services for sale or buy side transactions for properties or entities. Our clients have included public and private entities, domestic and non-U.S. producers, service companies, and retail/wholesale gasoline marketers.
